Technology plays a large part in our lives, and this month at Analytical English , we’re pondering the good and the bad that comes with it. There’s no doubt that the internet can be a powerful tool for learning and entertainment. “The Power of Podcasts” shows just how much information is at our fingertips. Podcasts aren’t the only popular new medium made possible by technology. Online cartoons are such a success that they are being turned into shows and movies. Check out “Webtoons Get Animated”to see if your favorite comic is one of them. Of course, there are causes for concern with tech. If you listen to music or shows on headphones, you should know “How to Protect Kids’ Hearing.”You also might want to update your passwords because “Traditional Advice on Passwords Proves to Be Flawed.” And if you can relate to the story of being glued to one’s phone in “My Biggest Addiction,” then think about putting yours down from time to time.
